Returns and Exchanges
• In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or ‘dead on arrival’ (ie; broken/not working) we will act quickly to replace it at our expense. If it cannot be replaced, we will issue you with a full refund.
• If you’ve made an incorrect choice of product, you may return it to us in its original condition, unopened, within 14 days of receipt, for a store credit on the item (excluding postage). Delivery charges will apply to your replacement order.
• If a fault occurs with your product after initial use, we will assess your claim honestly and fairly, then offer appropriate advice as to whether it should be replaced, refunded or repaired, at our sole discretion.
Failed Delivery If an item is returned to us because a) you have supplied incorrect or incomplete address details or b) you have not collected the item from the post office, Australia Post charge a return fee, on top of any re-delivery fees. These costs will be passed on to you.
FAST – TRACEABLE – RELIABLE
Even with our standard delivery service, we always ship orders as soon as possible. In fact, most items are shipped the next business day.
- Most items are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel service. Fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions and the destination postcode.
- By adding Express Post to your shopping cart, your item will receive priority handling with us, and Australia Post. Orders placed before 10am EST (Brisbane time) will be despatched the same day.
- Some items are just too large for post. In these instances we use TNT and Toll Road Freight. Delivery times will vary according to your location. Please contact us for an ETA.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
All of our deliveries are traceable, so you can always find out where your new pool toys are! You will receive an email with your tracking reference number as soon as your item has been sent.
