Orders are shipped Australia wide daily, and standard delivery charges are capped at $15. Buy as many toys as you like, and pay no more than $15 for shipping, to anywhere in Australia. Spend less than $35, and you’ll pay just $10.
Upgrade to Express Shipping…
For faster shipping, you may choose to upgrade to our EXPRESS POST service. By adding Express Postage to your shopping cart, your item will receive priority handling, and will be posted with Australia Post’s eParcel Express Post. This service promises next business day delivery, within their stated network. (See the Australia Post website for details of whether this includes your destination postcode, before upgrading.) Orders must be completed by 10am EST for same day express post shipping. You’ll find this upgrade on any of the product pages in the bottom righthand corner.
Even with our standard delivery service, we will always ship your order as soon as possible. Most items are shipped by the next business day.
Track your order…
Most orders are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel service. We find it to be fast, efficient, and reliable. For very large or bulky orders we sometimes use TNT. Both methods are able to be tracked, so you can always find out where your new pool toys are!
Feedback we receive on standard delivery is that most items arrive within 2-10 working days, depending on the destination. To ensure you receive your order securely, we require a signature on delivery. If you are not home to receive your parcel, it is standard practice for a calling card to be left in your letterbox to let you know where to collect it, but sometimes these go missing. If your order hasn’t arrived within this time frame, please check with your local post office first. If you are concerned, please contact us for assistance.
